Stephen Garvey in Turkey

Stephen brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the Turkish real estate and property development sector to the table. A graduate of Civil Engineering from Queen’s University, he has worked closely with European and Turkish developers and architects on several commercial and residential projects that comply with EU building regulations and standards.

Originally hailing from Co Donegal, Ireland, Stephen has worked for tier 1 contractors in Turkey, England, and Dubai in addition to running his own business in Ireland. He is a passionate follower of Irish sport and has been an active member in his home country. Stephen’s first encounter with Cyprus was over 30 years ago on his honeymoon, and since then, he has developed a deep affinity for the region.

Stephen has established a long and trusted association with Mehmet, the owner of Best Invest. They were introduced to each other during Stephen’s first trip to Turkey and have since worked together for over three and a half years.
