Three-Villa Compound Offers Turnkey Living On Turks And Caicos Islands

Sing a Song Villas on Providenciales is sited to make the most of ocean and island views.

The most populated and third largest island in the tourist-friendly Turks and Caicos chain is Providenciales, a 38-square-mile isle known for its turquoise waters, powdery sand beaches and superb scuba diving.

On its south coast is the peaceful and quiet Turtle Tail neighborhood, which occupies a narrow peninsula and takes in some of the best views on the island.

Low vegetation covers the windward slopes. Limestone hills and bluffs define the terrain. And shallow beaches come and go with the tide.

With its natural beauty, seclusion and year-round balmy climate, the luxury community has attracted the likes of the late pop superstar Prince, who once owned a nearby mansion, as well as vacationers and investors worldwide.

The kitchen has a center island with a sink and bar seating. The glass railings on the patio deck allow for unobstructed views.

When combined, the villas have a total of seven bedrooms and can accommodate 20 guests. (GRACE BAY REALTY)

The contemporary villas, set behind gates, can be rented out together or individually for short or long term. Each unit has private parking, its own entrance and a laundry room.
