It’s no secret that Kauai is a known golfer’s paradise. Now with golf’s popularity surging as it’s the perfect outdoor, socially distanced sport, the Kauai real estate market is seeing a rekindled passion for golf course frontage properties.
From the renowned Princeville Makai Golf Club on the North Shore to the infamous Poipu Bay Golf Course, a previous PGA Grand Slam host, there are a total of nine golf courses on-island. With seven of the nine courses offering near-immediate golf course property, it creates a tremendous opportunity for homebuyers because they have the luxury of choice. Here’s an inside look at some of my favorite current golf course offerings:
North Shore Golf Course Homes

Located in the Poipu VDA (Visitor Destination Area) and only a mile to Poipu Beach, owners and vacation rental guests alike will appreciate the contemporary open floor plans and amenities, including two pools, a spa, a clubhouse, and barbecue areas.
