But there’s no need to leave the property itself for a little recreation. An outdoor swimming pool, with a wooden deck along one side and lawn on the other, is anchored by an open-sided poolhouse with a fireplace and a shaded living room. A tennis court and a small football court are also on the grounds.

An indoor lap pool shares a glass wall with the home gym. Both spaces look out onto more lawn. There’s a sauna and a hot tub.

The home theater has plush walls and blue accent lighting. A pony wall separates the theater from a recreation area with a pool table and room for arcade games.

Above, walls of glass bring light into the open-concept living/dining room.

A partial wall containing a two-sided, long horizontal fireplace creates separation from the kitchen, which features sleek wooden cabinetry, a center island and a pantry. A wine refrigerator and a breakfast area sit near walls of glass that open to a balcony with another lounging and dining area. A built-in barbecue shares the space.

A home automation system, an alarm system, security cameras, a central vacuum, surround sound, mosquito netting and central heating are among other features of the residence.
