New York (July 14, 2023): Forbes Global Properties, a curated consumer marketplace of luxury homes and an invitation-only membership network of independently owned real estate firms, hosted the Board of Directors, broker owners, and top producers from 35 countries and territories for two days of networking, expert presentations and panels, property tours by Slifer Smith & Frampton, and social events at the Four Seasons in Vail, Colorado.

Also presented at the conference was the Hyland Honoree. Established and named in memory of Forbes Global Properties beloved Co-Founder Jeff Hyland, the coveted recognition commemorates a stand-out luxury residential real estate transaction that exemplifies the agent’s use of innovation, complex problem solving, and strategic thinking.
Hyland Honoree was awarded to Stuart Vetterick, a Broker Associate with Hilton & Hyland, for his 2022 representation of Richard Saghian, founder of Fashion Nova and winning $141 million (including buyer’s auction fee) bidder of “The One,” a storied Bel Air compound that sold at auction in 2022. The 105,000 square foot property is one of the largest houses in the United States ever sold, and among only a few residential real estate transactions that surpass $100 million each year.
