Completed in 2007 with plans from Kyle Webb, the sprawling mountain retreat received a major remodel a few years later with the award-winning architect being called back to expand upon his original design.
The ski-in, ski-out estate sits at the base of the Bear Tree ski run in Vail Village, one of the most exclusive enclaves in the area. A grand cathedral entrance is as impressive viewed from the outside as the inside, setting the stage for the 12,477-square-foot home’s sophisticated interior.

The great room with a towering stone fireplace and custom rock chandelier is wrapped in walls of windows boasting mountain views.
Set apart from the guest rooms, maximum privacy is afforded to the primary bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and large walk-in closets. Other highlights include a media room, game room, spa-like steam shower and access to a private hot tub on the lower level. Outside, the expansive, heated patio with a lap pool and firepit offers far-reaching views of the Gore Range.
