Between Blayais and Bourgeais, a few steps from the Gironde Estuary, this wine estate is in the process of being certified organic. It covers more than 25 hectares in the Côtes de Bourg and Blaye-Côtes de Bordeaux appellations and extends around a mansion of approximately 550 m², which, with its outbuildings, forms a hamlet on approximately 4000 m² of parkland.
The château, which is on a human scale, has a dozen main rooms including 6 bedrooms. It is surrounded by various wine storehouses, vats, meeting rooms and beautiful buildings to be finished renovating into reception rooms.
