This chateau, whose origins date back to the
9th century, was one of the most important ones in Cambrésis where they made coins within its walls.
In the 12th century, the tower was rebuilt on the outside. In the 15th century, a hammer shaped building was attached to the tower, of pure Flemish Renaissance style. In the 18th century, the chateau was restored in bricks from the country. This Chateau is a pure elegant building, with harmonious lines.
