Representing both buyers and sellers in the Greater Los Angeles area, Rahul is committed to providing top-tier representation. Utilizing his ability to listen to his client’s needs, he confidently applies his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction.

Raised in the Bay Area, Rahul pulls his housing market knowledge from the numerous intangible benefits of living in Silicon Valley, with its culture, diversity, and variability. After receiving his real estate license in 2003, Rahul worked as a Product Marketer in Silicon Valley for over 10 years, working for companies that included Google and many stealth-mode startups excelling in user experience, user acquisition, content analytics, and impact measurement.

Rahul has the ability to work independently on multiple projects with his excellent problem-solving skills, comprehensive business judgment, and strategic capabilities. Working alongside his twin brother Ankur Batra, Rahul is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented. Together, they’ll both be there with you every step of the way!

Rahul is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has an MBA from Arizona State University – W.P. Carey School of Business.
