Pascal Brülhart in Como

Pascal has a solid background in the fields of construction, business and financial analysis. This, in addition to decades of successful experience, qualifies him for expertise as a real estate broker.
Working closely with bankers, lawyers, surveyors and sub-contractors, he is very adept at handling approvals and obtaining permits, building codes and general documents from the city and region, as well as handling any condominium disputes.
The creation of financial models for ROI (return on investment) is second-nature to Pascal, who has been acting – both for his own projects and on behalf of third parties – as a general contractor for several real estate investments in Switzerland. His background and studies, in business administration, investment analysis, construction law and banking management, also brings Pascal extensive knowledge in conducting the due diligence necessary to guide his clients in making the best real estate investment decisions.
In 2006, he conceived the CAS Real Estate Valuations followed by the prestigious “MAS in Real Estate Management” at SUPSI (Lugano).
In 2012, he was the creator of the first private Statistics book in Ticino in the reference of property sale and rental prices.
Mr. Pascal Brülhart is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and in 2017, he was elected by Immobilien Business as one of the 100 most influential Swiss Real Estate Developers.
As of 2023, he has also been extending his business by associating with BH FORBES Global Properties for the sale of luxury properties in Italy, based in Como.
