Jo-Anne Suitor, born and raised in Ottawa, and now a resident of the Ottawa Valley, has been in the real estate business for over 13 years. Her professional and personal careers inter-twine magnificently as she has also purchased, renovated, rented, and sold her own properties throughout the Ottawa Area – and so Jo-Anne has the hands-on experience, the market savvy and the house construction depth and breadth of knowledge that is of great benefit to her buyers and sellers.

Jo-Anne’s career with the Bennett Property Shop began modestly as a sales agent who was helping a few friends with their property transactions. But her hands-on-attained knowledge of building structures and renovations and her passion for competently analyzing housing issues and questions rapidly propelled her from that starting position to one of helping Agents of all experience levels to become confident and successful professionals.

Jo-Anne has constantly improved her sales professional status by having attained certification as a “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” and has also been admitted as a member of “The Million Dollar Guild” which only invites sales professionals with outstanding sales.

Jo-Anne has more than a decade of experience as a Broker of Record and currently is Bennett Property Shop’s Broker/Manager who through the years has advised and assisted in guiding a team of Luxury Sales Professionals to become the #1 Ottawa Sales Team for the past 4 years.
