Little Palm Villa, Clearwater Bay

Little Palm Villa is a traditional Villa-style home in Clearwater Bay. Built by the hillside on high ground, it enjoys a sea view and the sunrise. Having the car parking on the ground floor, the entrance to the house is on the 1st-floor level, which extends to a large terrace right outside the living area. The designer created a mezzanine floor between the 1st and 2nd floors for the kitchen and the dining area while affording the cathedral-style high ceiling over the living room. The large floor-to-ceiling glass door in the dining area opens up to the backyard for extra outdoor space which is covered by a glass roof allowing tons of sunlight throughout.
