This Phoenix native majored in Communications at Arizona State University and his humble mindset and charismatic nature are rooted in his experience of holding a position in nearly every ranking along the spectrum in the hospitality industry.

Tyler’s superior work ethic and determination won him various positions at reputable resorts and restaurants in the Valley, including the Sanctuary Resort & Spa and Tarbell’s Restaurant. From Pool Attendant, to Pool Supervisor, to Bar Manager, to Assistant General Manager, to Corporate Group Sales Manager, to Catering Sales Director, to Spa Sales & Membership Manager.. you name the role and Tyler has crushed it!

After the pandemic began, the hospitality and tourism industries took a big hit. Tyler decided to take control of his destiny and utilize his vast set of skills, talents, and connections within the local community to help and serve others as they navigate the journey of making one of the biggest changes and investments of their lives – buying and selling a home.

The Pontikas Team is focused on providing unparalleled service, market knowledge, and professionalism to their clients.
