Troy Margelofsky

Since earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development and Urban Planning at the University of Arizona, Troy has had a great interest and passion for real estate that he enjoys sharing with his clients. He has over 17 years of experience in the local real estate field, whether it’s been in Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, Keystone or Park County. Troy began his real estate career in new development sales with East West Partners and IMI Sales and Marketing in Breckenridge and then went to assist with the final land sales launch at Three Peaks in Silverthorne. From there he joined forces with Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest Company to launch The Cirque and Lewis Ranch projects at Copper Mountain. Following the successful launch of those projects, he came back home to East West Partners and Slifer Smith and Frampton Real Estate where he was a team member on the Water House on Main Street launches and successfully closed out the final phase of the development. Troy currently offices out of the 117 S Main Street location in Breckenridge and in Silverthorne at the 4th Street Crossing sales office, where he is the lead listing broker for the new development that is aiming to revitalize Silverthorne’s downtown.

Troy has called Summit County his home for over 20 years now and has a great knowledge and love for the area, the one-of-a-kind community and the endless mountain activities available. The old mountain saying: ‘We came for the winters but stay for the summers’ certainly rings true for him. Troy has always had a great passion for skiing which brought him here to the mountains, but once here, found the love for all of the other available activities, such as: fly fishing, ice fishing, rafting, camping, hiking and hunting. Troy believes that any excuse to be outside here in the mountains is a great one! He looks forward to the opportunity to treat you with honesty and integrity whether helping to sell your family legacy or find your dream home here in the Rocky Mountains.
