Trisha is a friendly and outgoing spirit that loves people and also holds the knowledge to guide her clients through a minimal stress, smooth transaction. The real estate industry is always such an adventure! You are continuously learning, and there is never any monotony.

Her employment with Justin Winter & Associates began in August of 2019. She started as a Customer Care Representative, and then became the Closing Coordinator. In 2020 she decided it was time to get her SC Real Estate License and was licensed in 2021! Aside from representing buyers and sellers, she also assists closings for agents, ensure that homes are show ready, and captures virtual tours (Matterport) for new listings. Her role is different from others because she does not have just one role! Just call Trisha and she will help guide the team through smooth closings and ensure the satisfaction of our clients.

Previously, she was the founder of her own professional hair and make up business for five years. In her spare time, she still provides elite services for wedding parties and brides in the South Carolina and North Carolina region. She loves making someone feel beautiful and special.

Trisha was born and raised here in South Carolina — and she wouldn’t change that for the world. She has lived near Lake Keowee for 30 years and has an extensive knowledge of the area. Trisha is passionate about the outdoors — hiking, fishing, being near or on the water, adventuring and finding new places. She grew up in the big town of Pickens, SC — Pumpkintown to be exact — and spent her life going to Lake Keowee and Jocassee and playing in the river on her mom’s property. Trisha and her husband plan on building their forever home here in Pickens with a goal of having a large piece of property with a creek, garden, and plenty of space for their dog, Gus, to roam.
