Born near Kalmar, Sweden, Thereza’s roots anchor deeply in her Swedish heritage.

Starting with business in high school, she advanced to property brokerage studies by 2018. While awaiting her Swedish license, she obtained her U.S. license in 2020.

From her early days in restaurants, Thereza transitioned to entrepreneurship, selling dresses and excelling in customer service. She also had a stint at the 5-star InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut that further enriched her understanding of elite clientele. Back in Sweden, she founded a successful coconut oil-based product company. Thereza began her real estate journey in 2020.

Alongside her husband, Andreas Abramson, a 34-year real estate veteran, Thereza offers unparalleled insights to clients.

Trust and a lasting bond define Thereza’s client relationships. Drawn to home design early on, Thereza’s first property venture in Sweden at age 20 became a transformative experience. It wasn’t just about the successful renovation and sale, but the realization that she had a natural flair for this field. Today, she finds joy in guiding her clients through their real estate aspirations, often turning professional ties into lasting friendships.

As a 2023 ALC member at KW Roseville, Thereza is also connected with the Roseville Chamber of Commerce, PCRA, National Association of Realtors, and CAR.

From horseback riding and barn nights to volunteering at the Placer SPCA, Thereza balances her passion for animals with her profession. Versatile in pursuits, Thereza’s weekends vary from elegant dinners to moments at the barn with horses, reminiscent of her Swedish roots. Her heart leans heavily towards animals, with dogs Tyson and Cleo topping the list. Exploratory motorcycle rides with her husband, cultural travels, and relaxing by Lake Tulloch capture the essence of her leisure time.
