Tammy Tidmore

20+ years ago, Tammy moved from Orange County to Solana Beach, coming from a career in healthcare; she decided on a career change. Coming from a long time real estate family, it was a natural segue for her. In the early years she grew up on construction sites as her father, Orange County’s leading pipeline contractor, laid infrastructure for a good portion of the county’s new subdivisions. Conversely her mother, a top producer for Walker and Lee, sold new home developments and was on the ground floor of the Irvine buildout.

Starting her career with Willis Allen Real Estate in the Rancho Santa Fe office in 2004, she honed her skills in negotiation and has enjoyed over 300+ million in sales in North County San Diego. Focusing on core values; being authentic and believing the most valuable gift we have to offer is ourselves, has been her mantra. To serve is an honor, and serving her clients, focusing on their needs has been her greatest reward. Couple this ideology with affiliation of both Forbes and Luxury Portfolio, provides her with a wealth of information that is unmatched in the industry and attracts qualified buyers and sellers worldwide.

In 2021 Tammy decided to make the move from her Rancho Santa Fe office to the Del Mar office in the heart of the village. She enjoys the dynamic energy in Del Mar and is centrally located for her clientele, as she can be seen greeting her many clients as they stroll down through town.
