Tamara Bakir was the Sales Director of Driven Properties back in 2012 assisting in growing the company. Now she’s back with more passion and experience than ever following four years of selling luxury real estate in Los Angeles as the Director of Global Luxury Real Estate at SFJ Group, Compass-focusing on luxury homes and new developments in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, and Dubai. She specializes in luxury single-family homes, high rises and penthouses, and pre- and post-construction. She possesses a sound knowledge of the new development market and sold over $100m of inventory in Dubai across over 50 projects before relocating to Los Angeles. During a decade of real estate sales in Dubai, she built up a strong network of exclusive HNW Middle Eastern clients including family offices, royal families, sovereign funds, billionaires and luxury real estate developers. She is also a brand ambassador for select exclusive developments in Miami and Dubai. She has a strong broker network across the key North American cities including; Los Angeles, Miami, and New York, and key global capitals. She excels as a property portfolio advisor for international investors in securing prime, luxury, and global residential real estate.

For this reason, she was appointed to the Board of Castle Tower Capital- a New York-based real estate fund focused on large Manhattan-based assets. Before real estate, Tamara was a luxury magazine publisher in Dubai adding to her luxury market experience across all industries. She continues publishing as a writer for INMAN and a monthly columnist for World Property Journal. Tamara has a degree In Psychology with Marketing from London Metropolitan University. She also possesses a Diploma in Negotiation from Harvard Law School.
