Background
My early years were in the Kansas City area, primarily Overland Park and Prairie Village. Played football and baseball in High School and I was active in Boy Scouts. I attended Kansas State University on a baseball scholarship and was drafted by the Minnesota Twins and the Cleveland Indians. I was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity and was awarded Most Outstanding Active Member. Enrolled in to the US Army at Fort Jackson, NC and Fort Leonard Wood in MO. After the Army, I was employed with Mobile Oil, raised 3 children who attended Cherry Creek High School and later college with my daughter graduating from Law School at American University in Washington DC. I coached Little League baseball for years and both of my sons were awarded scholarships for baseball and one played in the New York Yankees system.

Relocation, Senior Living, Military moves. I have lived in the north, east and south segments of Denver metro area and am very familiar with all the metro area as well as outlying area on acreage. As a broker with 40 years of experience I can identify the areas that offer a greater appreciation.

Personal Interests
Physical fitness, golf, watching college football and college baseball. I enjoy traveling and spending time in Vail, Colorado in the summer. Season ticket holder for Colorado Rockies. Supporting varsity athletics for Kansas State University. I certainly enjoy spending time with my 3 children who live in Chicago, Washington DC and New Orleans. I have a brother in Kansas City and a sister in Charlotte, NC, who I visit often, particularly around holiday times.

Above and Beyond
I have had many past clients use my services numerous times as well as their children. I feel this sets me in the Above and Beyond Club as I live by the mantra that one real estate transaction is important but there is greater value in developing a relationship as a professional as well as a good friend to my clients that will last decades and well beyond a typical 60 day real estate transaction.
