Originally from Peekskill, New York, Steve Cardinale came to Vail in 1976. He never envisioned that in 1979 he would begin his real estate career and become one of the elite residential brokers in the Vail Valley. Steve was rated the 8th Top Realtor in Colorado’s Top 200 for 2020 by Newsweek. Out of nearly 140 Slifer Smith & Frampton brokers, Steve ranked as a Top Producer in 2019 and was the recipient of The Standards of Excellence Award. He has consistently been a Top 20 broker at SSF for 19 of the past 23 years. In the past 19 years he has participated in over 1,340 transactions totaling over $483 million. Steve is also the Branch Broker for all SSF real estate offices in Beaver Creek.

Steve is well known for listing and selling luxury mountain resort properties, high-end fractional ownership and everything in between. He has been the listing broker for two residential developments in the prestigious neighborhood of Arrowhead and was also the listing broker for East West Partners at The Residences at Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek.

Steve resides in the Singletree community of Edwards with his wife, Mo. He enjoys tennis, biking, motorcycle touring and spending time with his family, especially with his grandsons, Mason and Otto.
