Stephany is an Associate Broker and holds the advanced and Highest Designation, G.R.I. certificate, (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). Educated at the University of Maryland and has been a Licensed Realtor for 35 years. Additionally trained and Certified at The National Historic Trust in Washington, DC, to market Older and Historic homes. Former Licensed Realtor and Licensed Mortgage Broker in the state of Florida. A former Treasurer for the Board of Realtors and Chairperson of the Financial Committee. Prior to Real Estate, she enjoyed a successful career in Bank Administration and Mortgage Lending. She was a former Manager of The Talbot Bank of Easton, Tred Avon Square Branch. She is a former member of BNI (Business Networking International)A Professional Networking organization, Easton Chapter. She is Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Mental Health Association in Talbot County and is on the Mental Health Associations Educational/Financial Planning Committee. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Maryland Association of Realtors and the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors. She enjoys traveling with her husband and Real Estate partner, Pat. She has one son who has a Family Law practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She loves playing with and training her wonderful Miniature-Schnauzer, Schnickel “fritz”. They live in Easton.
