Stephanie Horman

Stephanie has enjoyed an award-winning career with a strong background in finance and investments. A glimpse into Stephanie's generous personality is seen in her recognition by the National Association of Professional Women, who named her Woman of the Year for 2014-2015. The award was based not only on her exemplary leadership and commitment to her career, but also in the way she encourages other business women.

Before joining Turpin, Stephanie worked at some of the world's most prestigious wealth management firms including Merrill Lynch, Shearson Lehman, Dean Witter and Drexel Burnham Lambert. While at Merrill Lynch, she was part of a team that managed over $4 billion in 401k assets, stock options and individual portfolios utilizing her Series 7, 5, 63, 65 & 66 securities licenses. She is an Accredited Retirement Plan consultant and a Notary.

As a longtime area resident, Stephanie is a leading source of local information. Active in the local community, she maintains strong ties with civic groups including Seton Hall Prep Mother's Auxiliary Alumni, Assumption Church, Morristown Historical Society, Newcomers Club, and Women in Business. She is also a former Board Member of Westmont Montessori School in Mendham and a current member of the Executive Women's Golf League. Volunteering is another aspect of Stephanie's life that shows her compassionate spirit. She has been a Special Olympics Ski Judge, and sponsor of the IBD Center of Mt. Sinai for Crohn's Disease Research.

A New Jersey native from Clifton, Stephanie has lived in Morris Township for over 30 years with her husband, son, and two Golden Retrievers. Her son attends Stonehill College in Massachusetts. Her free time is spent playing golf, vacationing on Long Beach Island and Cape Cod, and skiing both abroad and throughout the United States.

Others observe her outgoing personality, friendliness, helpful attitude, and tenacity in all her dealings.
