Originally from Illinois, Stacia has lived country-wide, including the coastal California towns of Malibu and Playa Del Rey, as well as the desert of Palm Springs. This breadth of experience provides her with insights into relocating and seamlessly integrating into new communities.

With a degree in advertising from Pepperdine University, Stacia’s professional journey has been diverse, spanning from event marketing at Saatchi & Saatchi for esteemed brands like Ritz Carlton and Lexus to pharmaceutical sales with Johnson and Johnson and Sanofi Pasteur, where she earned accolades such as District Rep of the Year.

After welcoming her first daughter into the world, Stacia embarked on an entrepreneurial adventure, founding My Fairytale Party, a thriving children’s character events business. Over the past 15 years, My Fairytale Party has hosted thousands of celebrations, including high-profile celebrity events and even gracing the screen on the renowned TV show Cake Boss. Notably, Stacia orchestrated a Princess Ball attended by over 350 guests at The Legacy Castle, cementing the company’s reputation as a top-tier entertainment provider.

Stacia’s expertise is a blend of her diverse career experiences. From her studies in interior design at NYSID to her completion of multiple real estate investment courses, she has cultivated a comprehensive skill set essential for navigating intricate transactions and meeting her clients’ needs with precision. Raised in a family deeply entrenched in real estate-her father a large-scale residential developer and her mother a self-taught decorator-Stacia’s upbringing instilled in her a deep understanding of construction and design, which profoundly influences her to this day.

Stacia calls Bridgewater home, where she resides with her husband, two daughters and lively pup. Her comprehensive knowledge of Somerset County schools, neighborhoods, and local amenities positions her as an invaluable resource for her clients. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing tennis, horseback riding, and traveling with her family.
