Welcome to my Bio. My name is Sean and my 2 passions are Golf and Real Estate. I moved to the South Florida area permanently back in 2017 before the Covid rush of new Florida residents hit the region hard. 

Being a member of a private golf club myself (Seagate Country Club in Delray), I have had the chance to play a plethora of some of the area’s most outstanding clubs. I am in tune with initiation fees, club dues, reciprocals, waitlist situations, clubs that are under renovation or are about to be, special assessments, equity vs non-equity, sponsorships, Private golf course communities that require membership versus clubs that are separate. 

There isn’t a club or a golf course community that I am not aware of from Boca Raton all the way up to Vero Beach (where my parents are seasonal residents).
