Riccardo Carrelli

Riccardo joined Chestertons from Knight Frank after 15 service where he was a Partner in the Leasehold Reform, Litigation and Valuation Departments.
During his time at Knight Frank he developed his knowledge and experience in Leasehold Reform, Litigation and Residential Valuations and built strong relationships within the industry.
Riccardo’s experience also gave him the opportunity to act as an Expert Witness in Valuation Tribunals’ and the High Court.
Riccardo is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (since 2006) and is an Accredited RICS Valuer, affiliated with their Residential and Valuation Groups.
