Peter Maybee

I have lived in Boulder the majority of my life. My father moved us here in 1967 at which time he was a professor of Mathematics at the University of Colorado. My perspective is unique. I grew up in this town and earned two degrees at the University. My undergraduate degree is in Architecture and my Masters is in Environmental Engineering. While I have many left-brained skills, my creative and outgoing personality led me to selling real estate.

The art and creativity of selling mixed with the importance of detail and quality of a property are both encompassed. I typically deal in Residential real estate and have an incredible knowledge of all property types. From High end Contemporary urban to Equestrian estates, to Mountain hideaways and Plains manors. Nothing is too complicated or mundane. I have had multiple $10 million plus years and take pride in my ability to negotiate the deal. The most important thing is taking my clients from offer to Closing.

My personal life centers around Boulder trails, the gym and household projects. I love to create a house on my own terms. I have taken two of my own properties from ground to sky with wonderful results. I love the outdoors and prefer to bring them inside with me.
