Peter Loomis

Peter has been a licensed Colorado real estate broker for 13 years representing both Buyers and Sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. More recently, he has sold some of the most expensive properties in the Telluride Region. Peter has lived in the mountains of Telluride for most of his adult life and has an honest appreciation for the land and has a special passion and focus on Ranch properties, Mesa properties and undeveloped land. His extensive background and experience is tied to the real estate industry having been on the business side of many commercial real estate transactions, owning a vacation rental company and a property management company. His unique experience makes him well qualified to represent buyers and sellers interested in both the real estate and vacation rental sides of the equation. He is professional, experienced and always works diligently to exceed the expectations for his clients. He is appreciated for his dedication, hard work, follow-up and communication with those he works for and with. Peter is a wildlife biologist, a lifelong conservationist and has co-founded a number of conservation organization’s chapters. He is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman spending his free time in the mountains surrounding Telluride every chance he gets. Peter’s hometown is South Bend, IN.
