Nona Mir in Newport Beach

Nona has grown up in Los Angeles and after getting married in 2009 she moves to Orange County to build  her family in Newport Beach. Nona and her husband have been living in Newport Coast since 2009, now with their three children, they are building their home in Corona Del Mar. She is involved in the design-build process which has given her valuable knowledge about HOAs and city permits that is complementary to her real estate license. 

Having experienced living in Los Angeles she truly appreciates  what Newport Beach and the surrounding areas offer to families and the peaceful living experience that is truly unique. She received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA in Psychology, hence has the ability to establish relationships with clientele who become her lifelong friends. She is fluent in Farsi and English. Her communication skills have allowed her to connect with her clients on a personal level and truly understand their needs. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with my husband, two daughters and her son.  Nona is a big fan of pilates and being married to a spine surgeon she knows how pilates is beneficial to her posture and flexibility. She also enjoys skiing with her family and plans annual ski trips for her family bonding. Exploring different European countries has also given Nona a deep cultural understanding of different parts of the world and she always says to her family “we live in the best part of the WORLD!” Her love for Newport Beach and the surrounding neighborhoods has made her choose Residential Real Estate as her career. She seeks to extend this passion to her clients and better serve the community.
