Mindy Artze in North Redington Beach, Florida

Mindy Artze is a Floridian through and through. Raised in the St. Petersburg area, she has a true, steadfast love for the beaches – and believes everyone should have the chance to enjoy the slice of paradise she knows and loves.

Mindy is a single mother, raising her son on the same beaches she spent so many hours on as a child. She began her professional life as a teacher, but eventually realized that a future in real estate was calling. After joining a boutique realty company, Mindy was nominated as Rookie of the Year for Pinellas County Realtors in her first year.

Eventually, she was named the top producing agent at the company, Broderick & Associates.
In 2017, Mindy joined the Coastal Properties Group team.
Over the course of that same year, she sold 30 homes, totaling more than $5 million in sales. The year before, she sold 31 homes for a total of $5.5 million. She is considered a top producing agent in Pinellas County, although she works almost entirely off of referrals from happy clients.

When it comes to buying and selling, Mindy works to provide her clients with a stress-free experience every step of the way, and oversees, manages, negotiates and deals with all of the paperwork that can often seem so intimidating.

Mindy specializes in beaches and water-adjacent properties in Seminole and St. Petersburg, but has worked with clients all over the greater Tampa Bay area. She has the know-how and experience necessary to guide her clients through every step of the process of purchasing their own slice of paradise.
