A few of Chala’s memorable projects include Zaha Hadid’s 1000 Museum, Eduardo Constantini’s Oceana Bal Harbour, David Martin’s Park Grove and 87 Park, and most recently German Coto’s Aston Martin Residences. These projects gave Michelle first hand knowledge in luxury real estate. Managing sales and marketing in the local market allowed her to keep her finger on the pulse on the community being a resource to trendy destinations, new developments, reviving neighborhoods and more.
