McCauley grew up in the harsh winters of Philadelphia, “escaping” to the mild weather of sunny Vero Beach, Florida. Visiting Vero Beach, he found the community had a laid-back beach vibe similar to the beach communities up North but with access to the beaches year-round. The decision to make Vero Beach his new “hometown” was an easy one. A graduate of Penn State University, McCauley obtained his State of Florida Real Estate License. He brings a contagious energy and excitement to the real estate industry, enjoying showing off his new community and all that the area has to offer. McCauley specializes in single family residential and is anxious to help others find their dream home. An avid basketball player and fan, McCauley also enjoys biking and spending time taking advantage of the local beaches and waterways.
