Michael LaRiche in Newport Beach

Michael is no stranger high standards.  The days of photography and design work are behind, and for the past twenty-three years Michael has concentrated on building a view of what would be the ultimate real estate buying and selling experience from a creative viewpoint.

Michael’s interest and knowledge of real estate began with his love of all things “architecture”, and perhaps a career in architecture was overlooked .  With several home renovations behind him, from early 1980s to his recent recreation of a mid-century duplex,  Michael believes by actually working on houses.  “it‘s easier for me to predict issues that may come up for buyers and sellers prior to the home inspection.  It also is a looking-glass into helping the buyer envision what could be”.

“Give back as much as you can as often as you can”!   Being involved with the community that you serve is important to Michael.  In the past, he delivered for local Meals On Wheels and has become an integral part of the Laguna Board of Realtors® multiple charity events over the years. Some of the LBOR committees he served on were instrumental in creation of the newest logo for LBOR, along with Taste for Charity, Chili Cook Off/ Pet Parade and Community Outreach.  Currently Michael is serving as 2023 Vice President for Laguna Real Estate Charity Assistance Fund, a spinoff of LBOR.

Property rights and Historic Preservation have been a key interest for Michael.  He has served on Laguna Beach Historic Ordinance Task Force which helped form the newly adopted Voluntary Historic Ordinance.  He sees continued threats to property rights in Laguna Beach and stays active and vocal through advocate groups.

Over the years Michael’s yearly gifts reach worldwide too, with his dedicated gifts to World Vision and others.  

Here’s what Michael has to offer…. A Personal Code Of Ethics that encompasses all of the characteristics of what is good in a human being and spirit.  Perhaps you can call it “The Golden Rule”, which applies to personal relationships as well as business ones.
