Melissa Clark in St Petersburg, Florida

Melissa was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama and attended the University of Alabama where she studied Broadcast & Communications.

She moved to Atlanta in 1981 and many years later met her husband Mike while working for the same company. They married in 2000 and moved to Tierra Verde, FL that same year. They lived on Tierra Verde for several years and then bought a home in the beautiful Old NE neighborhood in St. Petersburg. They have been married for 22 years and they share their home with 3 rescue cats.

In 2006 they began buying properties and Melissa started her own property management company. It was in those dealings that she realized her passion for real estate.

Melissa has the ability to see the potential in a property that maybe some people won’t see at first and helps them to see what could become of a house to make it their home. Melissa works hard to make sure that she gets her Sellers the most money she can and also enjoys helping Buyers find just that right place to call home.

She has GRI and PSA designations, she is a member of the Pinellas Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Melissa enjoys cooking,gardening, running, kayaking and traveling. She volunteers for the Albert Whitted Airport Preservation Society and the Tampa Bay Blues Festival that is a charity partner of the Pinellas Association for Retarded Children.
