Lee came to Old Port Cove in 1971 after attending the University of South Florida in Business Administration. He was assigned as building/construction manager in Admiralty, followed by Quay North, Quay South, and Marina Tower. In 1977, Lee was selected to join the developer’s elite sales team representing Old Port Cove resales plus new residences being built in Harbor Village, Cove Towers and Lake Point Tower.

Lee remained with the developer until sell-out in 1985 then returned to the challenges of selling residential and commercial real estate in Old Port Cove and Northern Palm Beach County.

In 2004, Lee joined Catalfumo Construction and Development, Florida’s seven largest general contractor, becoming a corporate officer and qualifying real estate broker for operations at 2700 North Ocean, Singer Island, a 350 million dollar, 242 unit beachfront condominium development. This project was later re-branded and is now The Ritz Carlton.

During his 4 year tenure as Broker with the Catalfumo companies, Lee also served for 4 years as a member of the Construction Industry Licensing Board for Palm Beach County. This pivotal Palm Beach County entity is responsible for assuring contractor competency through education and licensure to all Palm Beach County residents who wish to hire certified contractors.

Lee’s return to Old Port Cove brings significant real estate professionalism to the Old Port Cove community and area buyers and sellers. Lee is a competent and experienced Realtor with a sales success record that exceeds 800 residences within Old Port Cove and hundreds more in northern Palm Beach County.
