Kyle Neyer in Martha's Vineyard

Kyle Neyer began his career in real estate in 2011. Prior to that he was working in the retail/fashion merchandising industry where he spent 14 years in New York City working for Coach, Tommy Hilfiger and finally as the Director of Merchandising for Nautica Jeans Company. Real estate and the mountains always called to him and so his next 10 year professional pursuit was working as a real estate broker in Vermont at Sugarbush Resort, specifically working within a team designing, selling and marketing two luxury ski on/off properties.

Kyle and his husband Mark bought a vacation property on Martha’s Vineyard in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the warm, caring community. Kyle, Mark and their rescue pets moved to the Vineyard full time in late 2021 and he began working for Tea Lane Associates soon afterwards. Kyle enjoys gardening and the arts and is an active volunteer with the Oak Bluffs Tree Stewards, MV Greenhouse and supporting the Featherstone Center for the Arts. While different in locale and genre these varied real estate exposures have given him a deep and experienced understanding of many different types of properties from ski to beach.
