Kim Cohen possesses over 15 years of invaluable experience in the dynamic Southern California Real Estate market. Co-founding Granite Escrow and Settlement Services with her husband Brad in 2009 marked a pivotal moment in her career, as the business expanded to encompass seven locations and successfully processed over $9 billion annually in transactions. Their remarkable journey culminated in the sale of the company to First American Financial (NYSE: FAF) in 2021.
Drawing upon her comprehensive expertise, Kim now utilizes her profound understanding of real estate transactions, adept negotiating prowess, and robust relationships to serve her extensive network of clients as a dedicated Realtor. Kim possesses not just an acute understanding of marketing and selling properties but also an in-depth knowledge of Escrow, Title, and Mortgage processes. Her experience includes negotiating substantial leases for Granite with entities such as the City of Beverly Hills, Irvine Company, and major vendors, providing invaluable counsel to agents.

Originally hailing from South Africa, Kim immigrated to Laguna Beach in 1987. Her professional journey initially led her into the entertainment industry, where she thrived as a recording artist and Musical Theater Performer in her late twenties. In 1991, she married Brad Cohen, and together they have three children. Her eldest son graduated from Chapman University and has made his mark in the Escrow Industry, while her twins are currently in their Senior year at Chapman University.
Having raised her family in the Newport Coast area, Kim actively chaired various significant events, including JDRF, UCI Diabetes Gala, Newport Coast Elementary School Gala, and Corona Del Mar Middle School events. Presently, her involvement extends to collaborating with the City of Hope in Irvine.
Renowned for her infectious energy, wealth of experience, and vibrant persona, Kim has personally renovated multiple homes, renting them out successfully. She is deeply passionate about collaborating with clients to remodel or construct their dream homes, actively engaging with subcontractors and generously sharing her expertise.
