Kelly Kaufman

Kelly has been involved in her award-winning family business, WESKetch Architecture + Construction, as the co-founder and Director of Operations for over 25 years; she joined a major real estate brokerage as a sales associate shortly after obtaining her license in 2015. “Making a switch from one of the largest corporate real estate firms to a family business feels like coming home to me,” she said. “Turpin has projected a brand of common values, strong commitment and loyalty, which benefits both the clients we work with and the Turpin family of professionals. With an extensive background in design and construction, Kelly was named Businessperson of the Year by the Somerset County Business Partnership in 2007. She holds s Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation to meet the needs of clients over 50, and attended the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. She brings her strong management, communications and organizational skills to the Bernardsville Office. Kelly also has a great deal of knowledge about properties in New Jersey's shore towns, and has helped many buyers find their summer or permanent homes there.

A longtime New Jersey resident currently living in Harding Township, Kelly purchased her first home through Turpin in 1992. She is familiar with the dynamic regional marketplace from living in Berkeley Heights for 27 years and working in Millington. She double majored in business administration and psychology at The College of Saint Elizabeth, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in both.

Married to architect William Kaufman, the couple has three grown children. In her free time she likes to visit the Jersey Shore, Lake Placid, New York, and keep up on the latest Broadway shows. Kelly was on the Kent Place School Board of Trustees, serving as President and Parents' Association Representative in 2013-14.
