Kelly knows the meaning of client satisfaction, time management, and most important to her, effective communication. Kelly understands that excellent negotiation, marketing, and precise market knowledge are crucial skills involved in the sale or purchasing of a home. Her goal is that her clients have an overall outstanding experience. Kelly teamed up with Janet Cochran, who has over 40 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry and is a Multi-Million Dollar producer. Together, Janet and Kelly formed The Cochran Boyle Team of Coastal Properties Group International. As a team, they have expert knowledge of all residential waterfront and luxury homes. They take pride in their promise to make their clients’ experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Kelly has been recognized for using her creativity and research skills to win bidding wars and break sales records. Kelly has a Bachelor’s in health service administration from SPC. Kelly has a passion for animals, especially dogs and she has volunteered at the Suncoast Animal League since 2020. Kelly is a member of the Soroptimist of Pasco that is an organization that provides women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment. Kelly resides in Palm Harbor in the Golf Community of Innisbrook. She loves the Tampa Bay area and all it has to offer her and her clients. She enjoys golfing, boating, and cooking.
