Kate Jablonski has been in Colorado for over ten years; a transplant from the East Coast and bringing with her exuberance for the coveted, lifestyle-living. Kate has already proven her dedication to the real estate industry by quickly moving her way up the ranks at Slifer Smith & Frampton. Starting in 2017 as an office marketing coordinator, Kate quickly realized her skill set and possibilities to expand her true passion for Real Estate was to be licensed. Fast forward to present day and Kate has been working with Jeff Moore since 2019, the number one Real Estate Broker in Summit County for a decade, as well as Jaymie Roche since she joined the team in 2021. As part of The Moore Group, she dedicates her time and passion to both Buyers and Sellers and has been a part of 200+ transactions totaling over $350 million. She uses the knowledge obtained from working with one of the best Brokers in the industry, to further assist Buyers on the local real estate market and enjoys assisting Sellers pack up their irreplaceable memories of Summit County while smoothly transitioning to next steps in their lives.
