Karen’s career path of real estate began in 1978, working as an office manager for Phase 1 homes in their model center. She continued to pursue real estate by attending Bert Rodgers Schools and getting her Real Estate license in January of 1980. Karen Casey-Cave is a top ranked realtor with over 40 years of local experience. With hard work and determination, Karen closed over $6,300,000 in real estate sales in 2019. With over 25 years as a Re/Max agent, she had earned a prestigious “Hall of Fame Award,” presented only to top agents who close over $1,000,000 in commissions. Karen’s son, David Casey joined her in the industry in July 2019. With David being born and raised in Pinellas County, he has an excellent perspective of what young professionals are looking for in home styles and neighborhoods. A strong duo, they provide unsurpassed commitment to their clients and work hard to fulfill their clients’ needs in the buying and selling process. They both enjoying working together as a team in the very fast paced Real Estate industry. With great enthusiasm, Karen joined Coast Properties Group in March of 2014.

They have two sons, David and Ian and a young granddaughter, Harper. In her free time, Karen loves supporting local sports teams, exploring antique shops, and volunteering weekly at Hospice Brookside.
