Juan Carlos, known by his family and friends as JC, arrived in the Vail Valley in November of 2006 when a Thanksgiving dinner invitation brought him to this wonderful valley for a weekend of family time and skiing. That winter weekend was all it took to convince him that the Vail Valley was the place he should call home. That summer, well, it was confirmation of his decision to stay.

Hard Work, Customer Service And Attention To Detail

Shortly after deciding to make the Vail Valley his home, he found a new career path in Vail’s world class Hospitality Industry. His hard work, excellent customer service skills and attention to detail were a great asset, especially in the very demanding, high-end hotel and condominium properties where he performed several operational management roles.

It was in the latter, condominiums, that he expanded his hospitality skills to include property management, giving him the opportunity to work with and assist homeowners in taking care of their prized high-end mountain properties. His friendly demeanor and great communication skills quickly gained him the trust needed in providing his clients the assurance that their properties were well taken care of.

Inherent Transition Into Real Estate

Working with both national and international property owners became a real passion for JC. The many intrinsic aspects of managing properties, both rental and non-rental, provided the challenges needed for him to broaden the skills and knowledge that are fundamental in managing real estate. With this progression grew his desire to continue to expand his career in providing real estate services, which led him to invest in becoming a real estate agent.

Juan Carlos, conocido como JC por su familia y amigos, llego al Valle de Vail en Noviembre del 2006 cuando una invitación para la cena de Thanksgiving lo trajo a este maravilloso valle para disfrutar de un fin de semana de familia y ski. Poco después de tomar la decisión de hacer del Valle de Vail su hogar, JC encontró una nueva carrera dentro de la industria hotelera de clase mundial de Vail. Su arduo trabajo, excelente servicio a clientes y su atención a los detalles fueron un gran recurso, especialmente en las exigentes propiedades de hoteles y condominios de lujo, en donde desempeño varios puestos gerenciales operativos.

Fue en este ultimo, condominios, en donde expandió sus habilidades hoteleras para incluir la gestión de propiedades, dándole la oportunidad de trabajar con y asistir a dueños de hogares en la gestión de sus lujosas propiedades de montaña. Su amable conducta y gran habilidad de comunicación le brindaron rápidamente la confianza necesaria para ofrecer a sus clientes la certeza de que sus propiedades se encontraban debidamente administradas.

Transición A Bienes Raíces

Trabajando con dueños de propiedades, tanto nacionales como internacionales, se convirtió en una pasión para JC. Los tantos aspectos de la gestión de propiedades, alquilables y no alquilables, le brindaron los retos necesarios para incrementar sus habilidades y conocimientos fundamentales en la gestión de bienes raíces. Con esta progresión, creció su deseo de expandir su carrera en brindar servicio inmobiliarios, lo que lo llevo a invertir en agencia de bienes raíces.
