After moving to Truckee in 1994 where her 2 children attended the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, Joni helped launch the private community of Lahontan. Finding her niche in the resort lifestyle, Joni joined East West Partners and helped establish the communities of Old Greenwood, Gray’s Crossing and The Village at Northstar. Over the past decade, Joni found herself seeking out beautiful places and selling luxury real estate in California, Hawaii, Idaho, Washington, and Utah. Focusing on family, Joni moved back to the region where she loves to spend time with her beautiful granddaughter and help her clients navigate real estate in this special place. Specializing in resales, new construction, and development, Joni is a passionate expert with deep connection to the Tahoe-Truckee Region and is excited to help assist in her clients journey no matter how big or small.
