I have received the following designations that allow me to better serve you in certain specialty areas, these include the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource certification and the GRI designation, indicating that I have graduated from the Graduate REALTOR institute. The SFR allows me to aid clients in qualifying for a short sale, negotiating with lenders, limiting risk and protecting buyers involved in the short sale of a home. The GRI certification gave me extensive education on topics such as legal liabilities, professional standards, construction and new home sales, as well as in specialized areas such as appraisal, financing, real estate investments and taxation.
