Howard Wolfson in Coral Gables, Florida

Howard Wolfson is the principal of Mack Ventures Realty Services, an Owner’s Representative firm established in NYC in 2013.

 

Specializing in out-of-the-ground multi-family/hotel/condo high-rise construction. Howard holds an Associate Engineering degree from the University of Florida, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU.

 

 

Howard has been involved on all sides of the development industry from working as an in-house construction manager, and an asset manager for major property owners/developers in the New York & Florida real estate markets.

 

 

His background is in engineering and construction management on high-profile/ fast-track projects, as well as complex projects over the past 20-plus years in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Southern Florida.

 

Howard’s involvement stems from the initial feasibility and financial analysis to the coordination between marketing and sales teams.

 

Hiring and overseeing top-level architects, engineers, specialty designers, and contractors, as well procuring materials.  This detailed involvement has allowed him to complete projects on time and within budget.

 

Howard has managed, from the Owner’s side, all types of projects. From capital improvements, on existing properties, to new development projects with the “soup to nuts” approach.  From design, permitting, and construction phases for every type of building such as mixed-use development sites, mixed-use, multi-family, and retail.

 

Howard has taught as an adjunct professor at New York University (NYU) at the

 

Continuing & Professional Studies Shack Real Estate School and has also served on the

 

Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) Construction Committee.
