Natalie Grubb-Campbell comes from a multi-generational lineage of real estate excellence. Her mother, Renee Grubb, is the sole owner of Village Properties – one of Montecito’s top luxury brokerages. Growing up in Santa Barbara and in the real estate business, Natalie is a natural born leader and has developed into an expert negotiator, a master service provider, and a wealth of local knowledge in an array of real estate related areas. Her knack for creative marketing strategies and her ability to source deals quickly propelled her to be a top producer in the area at an extremely young age. Now with over 24 years of experience, Natalie is successful in large part because of the degree to which she devotes herself to meeting her client’s needs. She prizes clear, direct, and honest communication above all, seeking first to understand her clients and then to execute on that understanding. She has won distinction in the Santa Barbara and Montecito real estate market as someone who reliably closes deals in all price points and leaves her clients feeling like family. Natalie and her husband Brian now enjoy working together and the support they provide to one another trickles down to their clients who reap the benefits.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Brian held a career as a money manager for one of the nation’s largest fee-only advisors, performing mergers and acquisitions. Looking for a greater challenge, he obtained his law degree after passing the California Bar. Through his rich professional background in finance, law, business, and politics, he brings a unique perspective and skill set that few other agents possess. Having a foundation in law and business, he is able to help advise his clients on investment opportunities and risk management with great confidence. Brian has represented everyone from experienced investors, to first time home buyers and everyone in between. Brian is always ready to take on any type of transaction and prides himself on making each deal memorable for his client.┬á
Due to their rapid success, they have scaled their business by adding a full-time, licensed associate, Makayla Moore, who bring incredible marketing, sales and business development experience.
