From Peru to Aspen
Giovanna was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where she was bilingually educated in English and Spanish. In 2000, while an undergrad pursuing her Industrial Engineering degree, she came to Aspen for her winter break. She instantly fell in love with the people and town. She wasted no time, moving to Aspen!!

She began her career in banking and eventually transitioned to luxury hospitality while going back to school to earn a Business Management degree. Paving way for her career opportunities and promotions, she received the ‘Club of Excellence: Silver Star Worldwide Award’ and by 2020 she was the Director of Services at the Hyatt Residence Club Grand Aspen.

In 2020, she knew it was time to put her expertise and personal networks toward a larger passion of hers: helping others materialize their goals. And what better way to do that than through real estate? Thus, she became a Colorado Real Estate Broker & Realtor. In just a few years, Giovanna proudly says “I have had the honor to provide my clients with the Real Estate results they expect and deserve. Watching my clients successfully achieve their goals is undoubtedly the most rewarding work I have ever done.”

Along with real estate, Giovanna spends her time giving back to the Roaring Fork Valley community that has given her so much over the years. Her philanthropic work mostly focuses on education, health, and housing needs in the valley. Giovanna serves as a Board Member for the Colorado Association of Realtors Diversity & Inclusion Committee and for the City of Glenwood Springs Housing Commission. She is the Founder and Chair of the St Stephen Catholic School Annual Gala and was their PTA Chair for 6 consecutive years. She is an Ambassador for Valley View Hospital Foundation and WindWalkers Equine Assisted Learning and Therapeutic Center. She was also a Committee Member for the ‘Wine Women & Shoes’ & then the ‘Day of Rosé’ events; both benefiting Shining Star’s Foundation.

When not out in the community, Giovanna is with her family who motivates her every day. Her oldest daughter is a Columbia University graduate and now J.D. Candidate at American University, her son attends St Stephen Catholic School and loves Coding and Math, and her husband is a Dual General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott & Residence Inn by Marriott. Their personal successes and support inspire and challenge her every day.
