Eric Zollinger in New York, NY

Known for his enthusiasm and passion, Eric Zollinger brings 20+ years of sales and marketing experience in Manhattan luxury residential real estate in addition to working in multiple national markets. Having worked in-house at Related, running his own downtown brokerage, and working with the industry’s top brokerages both in resales and new development, this experience provides Eric a unique perspective when advising clients during challenging markets. He is well versed in all aspects of the deal and experienced virtually every market type imaginable. As Principal at Elegran, he leverages his past experience and relationships and aligns with a company on the cutting edge of technology which is focused and nimble in today’s ever-changing marketplace. Eric will focus on business and agent development and liaison with fellow Forbes Global Property members.

Eric served on the Board of Trustees for Millikin University where they recently opened a new state of the art $29 million Center for Theatre and Dance. He is also an avid runner and cyclist participating in ALC in California and Cycle for the Cause on the East Coast.
