David Colla

David Colla is a Realtor at The Connie Colla Group at RETSY, a Forbes Global Property partner in Scottsdale, Arizona.

He works with new and experience home-buyers but specializes in working with first-time home buyers. “My passion is real estate. I enjoy investing and data analysis, and I love introducing young people to the value of home ownership and teaching them about the market and the buying process, “says Colla.

When not selling homes, David is busy helping market them. He takes beautiful photos of properties. “Luxury photos set the tone for the value of your home. It’s my job to make your home look like it belongs on the cover of a magazine. It’s a creative process I really enjoy.”

David Colla was born in Philadelphia. He moved to Scottsdale as a child and attended Desert Mountain High School. He got his real estate license at the age of 19. He likes dirt biking, hiking, investing, cooking, and traveling. He has two dogs, Willie and Hank.
