He works with new and experience home-buyers but specializes in working with first-time home buyers. “My passion is real estate. David Colla was born in Philadelphia. He moved to Scottsdale as a child and attended Desert Mountain High School. He got his real estate license at the age of 19. He likes dirt biking, hiking, investing, cooking, and traveling. He has two dogs, Willie and Hank.
