Cindy Bandy

Cindy has always had a natural passion for all things related to real estate. Owning her first property before the age of 20 inspired her to continue as a real estate investor leading to 18 personal buy and sell transactions to date. Her experience in real estate spans 30 years and includes design, remodeling, renovation, fix and flips, property management and home staging to help sellers achieve top dollar. As a small business owner specializing in home design and remodel project management, Cindy’s philosophy with each and every client is based on trust, honesty and hard work. Helping clients achieve their dream space is rewarding and fulfilling. She is a lifelong South Bay resident, LMU and Bishop Montgomery alumnus and has lived the past 16 years in Rolling Hills Estates. Her knowledge of the beach cities, Torrance and the entire Palos Verdes Peninsula includes an in depth knowledge of neighborhoods and schools. She has raised 4 children alongside her husband and is an active member of the community. In addition to volunteering for locally based organizations, Cindy is also a member of her neighborhood homeowners’ association architectural committee.
