COLLEEN SMITH in Annapolis, MD

Colleen is a Maryland native, born in Bowie and currently living in Edgewater with her husband and 2 of 4 children. Her eldest son is currently a Cadet at the United States Air Force Academy. Her next eldest son is currently attending Massachusetts Maritime Academy and her 2 daughters are attending school locally.

After graduating from Towson University and the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance, Economics & Accounting, Colleen served as the CFO of a large multinational corporation before branching out with her own business which she ran for 19 years.

Colleens’ real estate career began in 2015 and she hasn’t looked back. In 2021 Colleen was ranked as the Top Producing agent, out of 2400 agents, for the entire Baltimore Region of Long and Foster.

Specializing in New Construction and development Colleen has developed relationships with some of the areas top builders that specialize in custom homes. Colleen also has represented numerous buyers and sellers with elegant waterfront homes and estates.

Building personal relationships with buyers and sellers in order to find just the right fit is Colleen’s mission.

Colleen is a member of the Long and Foster’s Gold Team Master’s Club, an honor given to fewer than 2% of all Long and Foster agents and has been named among the top 2% of agents in the Baltimore region by Baltimore Real Producers. She is also named among the top 5% of agents in five counties by Chesapeake Real Producers.
